Business Solutions:
For our business customers, AmpAura can provide customized, comprehensive power solutions that are available with extended warranties and additional service agreements tailored to the specific needs of the business.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, commercial use or normal wear and tear. Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product will also void the warranty. AmpAura's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. AmpAura shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages.
If you are making a warranty claim, please contact AmpAura Customer Service and provide proof of purchase. Warranty claims may require you to provide the product for inspection or repair at an authorized service center.

Repair & Replacement:

Warranty Service: For warranty assistance with your AmpAura product, please contact our Customer Service at support@ampaura.tech. We will guide you through troubleshooting and request your product's details to address the issue effectively.
Return Process: If troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue and it's deemed a product defect, we'll start the warranty repair process. We'll send you a free prepaid return shipping label to return the product to our facility. You'll be informed about the expected repair timeframe.
Repair / Replacement: Once we receive your product, our technicians will evaluate and repair it. If a repair isn't feasible, we will promptly send you a replacement to guarantee your satisfaction.
Return Shipping: After completing the repair or replacement, we will return your product to you free of charge, ensuring a seamless and customer-focused experience.
Non-Warranty Repairs: After contacting customer support and completing the troubleshooting steps, if it is determined that the problem is due to a man-made mistake, misuse, or accidental damage or other damage that is not caused by the product itself , the product is not covered by the warranty.
If you wish to have your product repaired, you will need to return the damaged product to our repair center. After our technicians have evaluated the product, they will provide you with an estimate of the repair cost, including any necessary parts and labor. You will receive a detailed invoice for your review and approval. Payment of the quoted repair cost is required before we begin the repair work. Upon completion of the repair, we will return the product to you free of charge to ensure you have no further concerns.
