Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase! In the event that you're not entirely satisfied, we've streamlined the return process to make it hassle-free.

Order Cancellation:

At AmpAura, customers are entitled to request a full refund within the first 24 hours of placing their order which has been confirmed by ampaura provided that the product has not been shipped. Please be advised that a transaction fee will be levied if you choose to cancel your order after the initial 24-hour period and before it has been shipped. In case the product has been shipped,you’ll have no right to cancel the order.Should you wish to cancel your order, kindly reach out to our support team at support@ampaura.tech for assistance.

Return with quality issues:

Our return service is currently available for US orders only.
We provide refunds or replacement for quality issues reported within 30 days of receiving your item. If a product is found to have a quality issue within this period, we will gladly offer a full refund or a free one-time replacement.
We will provide you with a return label, the customer will send back the defective item within 7 days after receiving the return label, then we will immediately apply for a replacement item for you and provide you with the logistic tracking number of the replacement item, and we will cover the actual return shipping cost of the return label at no additional cost to the customer.

Return without quality issues:

Our return service is exclusively available for orders within the United States. We only accept returns for products with quality issues of product itself and do not entertain returns for quality issues caused by personal reasons. Return Process

Initiate the return process by contacting Ampaura Support at support@ampaura.tech. Ensure to provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice.
Once in touch with support, you will receive detailed instructions on how to properly pack the products for return. Please ensure that all components are included in the package.

Refund

Once the product has been returned to our warehouse, we will process your refund within 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund for your order has been issued. If, after 14 business days, you have not received the refund, please reach out to us at support@ampaura.tech.
