Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase! In the event that you're not entirely satisfied, we've streamlined the return process to make it hassle-free.

Cancellation

Customers have the option to request a full refund within 24 hours of placing an order on ampaura.tech.
Please be aware that a transaction fee will be applied if a refund is requested between 24 hours after order placement and before delivery (3% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, and 3.3% for Klarna users).

Return

Our return service is currently available for US orders only.
Please be advised that we do not accept returns without valid reasons. We only offer refunds or exchanges for quality issues. Quality concerns must be reported within 30 days of receiving the items. We are happy to provide either a full refund or a one-time free replacement for eligible quality issues reported within this timeframe.
To initiate a return, please collect the package first if your order has been shipped, and then contact Ampaura Support via support@ampaura.tech to obtain return instructions.
Keep in mind that a double shipping fee may be deducted from the original payment if you reject the shipments.

Return Process

Initiate the return process by contacting Ampaura Support at support@ampaura.tech. Ensure to provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice.
Once in touch with support, you will receive detailed instructions on how to properly pack the products for return. Please ensure that all components are included in the package.

Refund

Once the product has been returned to our warehouse, we will process your refund within 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund for your order has been issued. If, after 14 business days, you have not received the refund, please reach out to us at support@ampaura.tech.
