AmpAura Bust The Fumes Video Challenge -Terms and Conditions

You have the right to choose whether to participate in the Challenge. By becoming one of the participants and uploading your content (video and all the components contained therein, e.g. sounds, lines, visual design, etc., collectively, “Content”), you (A) acknowledge that you have read and understood all the Content provisions in these T&Cs; (B) represent that you have full civil capacity to sign a binding agreement (being over 18 years old or having reached the legal age of majority in your country/region), or you are a legal person or other organization established and legally conducting business activities under the laws of your country/region; and (C) agree to be bound by these Ts&Cs.

AmpAura("AmpAura," "we," "us," or "our") welcomes you to participate in the AmpAura Bust The Fumes Video Challenge("the Challenge or Challenge") and to share your contents with us. Please read these AmpAura Bust The Fumes Video Challenge Terms and Conditions (“these Ts&Cs”) carefully.

If you do not agree to any of the terms in these Ts&Cs, please do not participate in this Challenge.

Eligibility:
Only users from the continental United States and Canada are eligible to participate in this Contest.

Participation method for the Challenge:

Post a video on social media showing the "disposal of old fuel generators" to receive a special coupon for "purchasing an AmpAura Purea power station for $1."

Rules:

  1. Fill out the required information and send it in. Applcation period: from 00:00 on September 9th to 24:00 on September 15
  2. Once you receive an official email notification confirming your participation in this Challenge, you can prepare to start filming your video.
  3. Upload the filmed video to your social media, tag AmpAura, and include the hashtag #BustTheFumes to complete the Challenge.

Reward:

20 special coupons for "purchasing an AmpAura Purea power station for $1."

Reward Distribution Time:

Rewards will be distributed via email on September 23th.

Usage Scope:

Valid only on the AmpAura official website.

Usage Period:

Valid for 1 week from the date of coupon issuance.

The AmpAura Purea you purchase for $1 is a brand new, genuine product and includes full after-sales service and warranty.

AmpAura will protect personal privacy in accordance with local laws and regulations. AmpAura shall not disclose, transfer or provide your personal information to any third parties, unless you personally permit it, or relevant information must be disclosed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.If you would like to know more about how your personal information is processed by us, you can review our Privacy Policy.

Photos must be an original submission taken by the entrant. No copyrighted material will be accepted. By submitting photos to AmpAura you confirm that:

  1. You are the photographer and it is your original work; as such, you release all rights to the photo and the use of your name for general viewing, as well as any future marketing and promotions by AmpAura;
  2. You have not licensed any rights in the work that will conflict with the usage rights required by AmpAura;
  3. You have the permission of any persons in the work or, if they are under 16, the consent of their parent or guardian to grant the usage rights required by AmpAura;
  4. You have permission from the owners of property shown in the work to grant the usage rights required by AmpAura;
  5. Your photo does NOT include trademarks, watermarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights;
  6. Your photo does not contain names, likenesses, or other characteristics identifying celebrities or other public figures, living or dead;
  7. You will be responsible for any claim made by any third party with respect to your entry and agree to fully indemnify.
  8. You guarantee that your photo are legally copyrighted or/and have been licensed with the rights of the subject or individual. you agrees to license AmpAura to use the aforesaid photo for other marketing and promotional activities without your prior consent.

AmpAura and its affiliates with respect to all costs owing to any person or entity arising from your breach of these terms & conditions.

Any photo or video found to be in violation of these rules will be automatically disqualified. AmpAura reserves the right to remove photos or videos it deems lewd or indecent without notice or explanation. It is at the sole discretion of AmpAura to determine what is considered inappropriate and unsuitable for general public viewing.

Upon participating in this event, AmpAura gains the right to use the content you upload to public social platforms, your social media avatar, and your name for the purpose of showcasing entries and for other uses.

Please ensure that your actions and content uploaded to social media comply with legal regulations and the respective platform's policies. You will be solely responsible for any legal liabilities arising from non-compliance. If such non-compliance prevents you from participating in the event or causes damage to AmpAura, you will be held accountable for the consequences.

If you do not participate in the challenge according to the Terms and Conditions (T&C), AmpAura reserves the right to refuse to issue the coupons or cancel your eligibility to participate in the event.

When participating in the challenge, please ensure that you do so in a safe environment and always be mindful of your personal and property safety. AmpAura will not be responsible for any accidents, and you will bear the consequences independently.
